South Florida Utilization Review accredits its physician advisors to our panel and arranges with each physician advisor terms of his or her reimbursement.

The South Florida Utilization Review charges for utilization review and bill negotiation services are as follows:

                 
Telephonic reviews, including telephone charges:                                                                    
                                          $80.00 for two attempts in a 24 hour period to
                                          speak to the treating physician

Retrospective review:          $165.00 per hour
 
RUSH Review:                      5 business day turnaround, 25% surcharge,
                                          not to exceed $50.00

 
Expert Witness Service:        By prior arrangement 

Hospital, Ambulatory           Success fee of 25% based on final legal
Surgery Center                    agreement binding all parties.
